WALKING WOUNDED: England winger Chris Ashton returns from a one-match suspension in the only change to the side that thumped Fiji last weekend. The Wallabies have made several changes to their starting side following their meek capitulation against France.

Winger Digby Ioane returns from a knee injury which sees Adam Ashley-Cooper shift to outside-centre, while Berrick Barnes replaces Mike Harris at full-back. Ben Tapuai moves one position closer to the action, replacing Pat McCabe (neck) at inside-centre. Sitaleki Timani returns from a hamstring injury at starting lock in the absence of Kane Douglas (knee) and Rob Simmons (suspension), while Ben Alexander will start at tighthead prop after overcoming a wrist complaint. Skipper David Pocock’s return from a knee injury has been delayed by a calf strain. Will Genia, James Horwill and Quade Cooper will miss the entire four-match tour with knee injuries, while James O’Connor remains sidelined with a chronic hamstring complaint.

FORM: England finished second in the Six Nations behind Wales, with their only defeat – a 19-12 loss to Warren Gatland’s men – ultimately costing them the title. Stuart Lancaster’s men made light work of Fiji on Saturday, running in seven-tires-to-two en route to a 54-12 victory.

The Wallabies dropped from second to third on the IRB world rankings with a heavy 33-6 defeat at the hands of France in Paris. The tourists were badly outmuscled by a giant French pack and simply refused to try anything in attack in one of the darkest days of the Robbie Deans era.
